Restrictive Covenant for us not to keep Agricultural Livestock in our building only to "Sell them Out" by offering us £200k

Tim Sargeant had granted us an unconditional license to house, breed and rear a commercial herd of pigs in our party wall building against the constraints of the Restrictive Covenant that he had personally had applied to our property for the protection of our neighbours.... from which serious attempts were made to sell us the benefit of that Restrictive Covenant for £200,000 by claiming that C&C actually owned that Restrictive Covenant which represented a blatant case of Fraudulent Misrepresentation - section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006
Tim Sargeant actually tried to sell us our own land!!
When Tim Sargeant tried to sell our neighbour a 4 metre strip of land that City & Country were contractually obliged to return to our ownership we obviously complained to him and he said to us "Well... if the Nicol's don't want it, then why don't you buy it of off us instead"
Tim Sargeant is bringing City & Country into Disrepute
When Tim Sargeant wrote "Is it our fault if your solicitors are to Stupid to read what we put in front of them"... he couldn't help pluming his feathers and bragging... he wanted us to know that he had screwed us out of over £400k on the wording of our contract, as if we didn't already know.
Tim Sargeant Claimed
Well if someone said this about me and it was a Pack of Vile Lies" as Tim Sargeant claimed I would sue him for Defamation... wouldn't you, so why doesn't Tim Sargeant if it really is all Vile Lies". It transpired that Simon Marner was the person to investigate the website claims and he was unable to show anything Mr Sargeant had maintained as being false... not one thing!
BREACH OF CONTRACT
In over 20 years of dealing with Tim Sargeant he has never once honoured a contractual obligation... not one!
Specific Performance of contract.... City & Country had passed their contractual obligations on to our neighbours but refuse to enforce the terms of that contract costing us in excess of £1,000 every week...
We had a Partnership Agreement with Tim Sargeant which amounted to a joint venture which would enable C&C to off load a pair of redundant barns which had absolutaly no prospect of ever obtaining planning consent for residential dwellings and he screwed us.
Restrictive Covenants
Tim Sargeant had claimed that he owned the Restrictive Covenants that governed the use of our building but claimed that he had not passed the benefit to our neighbours...
Having sought confirmation from his lawyers Tim Sargeant had granted us a license to use that building for commercial pig breeding & rearing stating "aren't I good to you"...

Following Tim Sargeant granting us that license he had informed our neighbours that we were in Breach of the Restrictive Covenant that he had put on that building to protect them....
